Frequently Asked Questions
- I do not charge for postage or packing.
- I try to reply to emails within 12 hours but it may take
longer at times. Please mention the players name or tennis DVDs
in the subject line of your email. If you do not get a reply
to your email then it is probably because you did not do this
and your message was deleted as spam (junk email).
- All DVDs are sent by first class post within the UK and
by airmail to all other places.
- DVDs are usually sent out within a few day of receiving
payment. To Western Europe delivery by airmail takes about 4
- 5 days. To Eastern Europe about 5 - 7 days. To the Far East,
Australia, America about 7 - 10 days.
- All DVDs are in PAL format. Different areas of the world
use different formats. PAL is used in Western Europe, Australasia,
China, Argentina. NTSC is used in North America, Japan, Korea.
The 2 systems are not compatible. PAL DVDs will not play on
NTSC only machines. If you are buying from a country such as
the USA that uses NTSC then please make sure your equipment
can play PAL DVDs. (For list of video

- If sending payment by mail please make sure you include
full details of what you want even if you have already done
so in an email.
Also include your name and postal address
in your letter. Do not just have your name and address on the
outside of your envelope as it can get smudged or dirty and
unreadable by the time I receive it.
- If the commentary language is given as Ger & Eng then
part is in German and part is in English. I do not have a copy
of the match in each language.
